Tires Plus at 1825 Loucks Road, York, Pennsylvania.

Shady! I went to Tires plus for New tires. When I got there and my old tires were removed they told me I needed new struts, I told them I will let my dealer check out then associate or mgr said he would lower price if I get struts on spot once again I said I would let my dealer check into so associate told me he could not guarantee my warranty if I did not get struts. I got my new tires on and went to my dealer to see if I did need new struts. My dealer said my struts were Good and did not need replaced. Tiers Plus totally tried to rip me off. I will not go back again. I did drop back by to let them know that I did not need struts. Even in the pass in going there they always seem to want to tell u your car needs something more then what u bought it in for. Horrible ! All Beware!!!

I called in today to get a quote on having a tire put on my car that serves as my back up. It just happens to be used,, but so I was informed I cannot have it mounted and balanded because "it is not a brand new tire." This seems strange considering everyone else offers the service. Oh well NTB charges $20 so I'll just go there and they don't make you buy a new tire. That's a bunch of BS!
