I went in hoping to get new tires for my car. I was told they would have to be ordered, which i figured. I told them i could be in next week since they may take a few days. I was told they would look for the best ones (as they looked them up when i was there) and contact me. I never received a call. They never called me to tell me my tires were in, what they were, when to come by nothing. So, i never went in. This is pretty bad i was expecting to get them there after I heard good things about them. Now i have to go to the dealer and pay way more. Just bad customer service I would say.
