Worst experience ever! I tried to use this company to purchase a house for my family (wife and two daughters) and was not satisfied with results and decided to use a different realestate agent and was able to purchase a home in a few days (spent almost a year with the pilgrim team) that the Pilgrim team never showed us, the program team sued me for close to $8000 for commission on a house they didn’t show me or have anything to do with the sale. All I can say is Buyer and seller beware
