Super Shoes at 2043 West Market Street, York, Pennsylvania.

Whenever I need shoes or boots I normally frequent super shoes they normally are well stocked staffed and priced. This one however was not I went in to the store looking for new work boots I had a certain style figured our already that I wanted and I needed something that fitted the criteria I had. My prior experiences at super shoes stores is that you walk in normally people aren't to pushy on helping you but after a little while somebody will normally come up and ask if they can help you. I walked into the store about 3:30ish on a Tuesday and there was hardly any other customers there maybe 1 or 2 and about 4 employees one being a manager and the front counter. I made my way to the back where they had there work boots found the brand I wanted found the items that fit the criteria I was looking for and started trying them on. I have big feet (size 12 4e) so I was expecting then to have the exact shoe I need I was expecting I'd have to order a pair and I was fine with that. As I sat there I found a size that was too narrow a size that was too small length wise and nothing that I could really get a true feel for what I was getting if I was to order one so finally after about 15-20 minutes in the store I tracked down an associate that happened to be a manager. After I started the conversation with her she tried to help me fine at least something that was the same size so I could get a true feel. I was interested in buying Carolinas which is the promenade brand in the store I'd assume they'd have at least one boot I could try on, they didn't. Sadly I wasn't able to buy a pair of boots and I left the store disappointed that I didn't get the boots I wanted to get and I was also disappointed that this branch didn't seem to be as well stocked and the staff wasn't as trained as other locations.
